Due to its largely undeveloped nature Mission Beach still offers the investor much land for sale. Land in Mission Beach can be of virtually any size with estate sub-divisions, private gated estates, development land sites, large and small rainforest blocks, land with ocean views, land with hinterland views, absolute beachfront land (although this is becoming rare) and occassionally large ocean view blocks with direct beach access.
